The total area of the laboratory is 7,468 m2 with a total of 81 teaching laboratories of various functions. It is equipped with excellent infrastructure, experimental equipment. The total value of equipment worth over CNY 10,000 is more than CNY 12.75 million, and there are 143 sets of equipment in total, which can well meet the teaching requirements for students' innovation, college student competitions, graduation projects, etc.

In addition to the laboratories, there is also a dairy processing training center covering an area of 388 m2, equipped with 5 production lines for continuous production of liquid milk, yogurt, ice cream, milk powder, cheese, etc., with a production capacity of 200 kg/h. Students can simulate the complete process operations on the production line by hand, disassemble and assemble processing equipment, and master the equipment structure and principles, so as to better master the whole process of dairy processing.
