On June 5, Zhou Haigen, Chairman’s Advisor of Shandong Bihai Packaging Materials Co., Ltd.; Ying Rubing, General Manager of Heilongjiang Ligo High-Tech Co., Ltd.; and Zhu Chengyu, Northeast Regional Director of Kunshan Shinry Clean Application Materials Co., Ltd., visited the university to discuss cooperation. The meeting was attended by six representatives from our college, including Dean Zhang Yun, Party Secretary Xu Shenghua, Vice Dean Zhao Dongmei, and Wang Dan, a senior professor from The College of Food Engineering.
Secretary Xu Shenghua extended a warm welcome to the enterprise delegates and invited them to visit the university’s History Museum, Library, and Dairy Processing Practice and Training Center of The College of Food Engineering. During the tour, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding the cultural spirit, educational philosophy, teaching achievements, and distinctive features of East University of Heilongjiang.
During the discussion, Dean Zhang Yun elaborated on the college’s educational characteristics, disciplinary development, and phased achievements in faculty capacity building. She also held thorough discussions with the visiting enterprises on talent cultivation, project collaboration, and results transformation.
The enterprise representatives highly acknowledged the university’s educational philosophy and the remarkable progress made by the college in constructing training bases, talent development, and faculty team building. They expressed eagerness to engage in deeper exchanges and practical cooperation in related fields in the future, aiming to achieve mutual benefits and common development between the school and enterprises.
