Program Overview
The "2+2" joint program allows participating students to complete their first two years at East University of Heilongjiang and the remaining two years at a Russian partner institution. Upon successfully passing assessments from both institutions, students will receive graduation certificates issued by each university.
Target Applicants
Each year, freshmen enrolled in relevant programs under involved colleges of East University of Heilongjiang in September are eligible to apply.
Program Management
Fees:
Years 1–2: Standard tuition fees at East University of Heilongjiang.
Years 3–4: Payment of student registration management fee to East University of Heilongjiang and tuition fees to the Russian partner institution. Accommodation and meal costs in Russia are comparable to domestic rates.
Curriculum:
Years 1–2: The professional course offerings remain largely unchanged (with an additional Russian language course).
Years 3–4: Follow the curriculum set by the Russian institution.
Administration:
During the overseas study period, management aligns with domestic protocols. The relevant college appoints a dedicated staff member to collaborate with a counterpart from the Russian institution, forming a project management team responsible for academic and student affairs. When there are foreign-related matters, the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange between the two sides shall act as an intermediary.
