On the morning of September 3rd, Jiang Yujun, Vice President of Northeast Agricultural University, Li Liang, Dean of the College of Food Science, Liu Qian, Vice Dean of the College of Food Science, and Xu Ning, along with seven others, visited our university to further implement the deployment of paired support work among universities in the province, deepen the exchange and cooperation between the two universities in the field of food engineering, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching as well as the level of scientific research and innovation. The university principal Xu Mei warmly met with Jiang Yujun and his delegation.
Vice Presidents Cheng Yanjiang and Xu Jiancheng, the leadership team of the College of Food Engineering, and relevant department heads jointly participated in the exchange activity. The symposium was held in Conference Room 833 of the main building.
Xu Jiancheng mentioned in the exchange that the food engineering program of our university has a deep and close connection with the food engineering program of Northeast Agricultural University, and has always received careful training and strong support from Northeast Agricultural University for a long time. He hopes to use this paired support cooperation as a link to promote the establishment of a long-term stable collaborative mechanism between the two sides, and jointly contribute to the talent cultivation and industrial development of the food engineering field in Heilongjiang province.
At the symposium, representatives from the two universities conducted in-depth discussions on key issues such as the planning of food discipline construction, optimization of talent training system, co-construction and sharing of curriculum resources, and joint research projects.
Li Liang stated that the College of Food Science at Northeast Agricultural University will fully cooperate and support this cooperation, focusing on the effectiveness of "one plus one is greater than two" cooperation, and making every effort to promote the implementation and effectiveness of various cooperation, jointly writing a new chapter of inter school collaborative development and win-win cooperation.
