Junshan Zhang and Yang Cao, both from the School of Food Engineering visited Feihe Dairy's Baiquan Branch, Kedong Branch, and Zhenlai Branch from January 7th to 9th in order to learn more about the internship experience of our students in Feihe, deepen the cooperation and explore more employment opportunities for our students.
This visit was warmly welcomed by Xianyin Xu, the General Manager of Baiquan Branch, Hao Guo, the General Manager of Zhenlai Branch, and Xuejia Ren, the Human Resources Manager of Kedong Branch. The internship performance of our students was very good at Feihe. Both sides also had in-depth discussions and reached consensus on the future possible employment possibility and career development of our students, optimizing internship processes, deepening the integration of practice and theory education to create the platform for the talents. More importantly to let students to get more practical experience and employment opportunities, East University of Heilongjiang sincerely invited our two alumni, Xianyin Xu and Hao Guo, to come back to visit our beautiful campus and exchange ideas, and share their growth experiences at Feihe Dairy Company.
This visit further consolidated the cooperative relationship between our school and Feihe Dairy company, and expanded more employment channels for our students. Both agree that in the future more emphasis will be placed on the combination of student internships and employment possibility, jointly cultivating more high-quality dairy engineering professionals to meet the needs of industry development.
